("Be the Decree" ) The band is currently recording their third cd due out mid-late 2010. The title ("Be the Decree") comes from the general attitude of Mugshot's music.....lead, follow or move. "we hope to try and record complete song to song productions instead of grueling week long drum and vocal takes...I lose interest after a few hours ...but I also can't walk away and take a break.... so the session suffers....WaaaaaaaaH"

(2nd Mugshot video) The band hopes to record multiple videos throughout the 2010 year. "we're not sure wether to catch up a little and continue to record videos for some of the goodies off the old cd's ...or just get our new stuff out and create the visual for the cd release this year".
